under construction

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) has ordered Monarch Cloud Campus, a company building a data center in Mason County, West Virginia, to repair and strengthen stormwater controls after flooding affected multiple residential properties. The enforcement order requires immediate repairs, installation of additional erosion and sediment controls, and a halt to land-disturbing work in certain areas until compliance is verified. Monarch Cloud Campus is also working with affected homeowners to clean up and repair flood-related damages at no cost to residents.
