Description | Moncada Energy (Italy), via its local subsidiary Moncada Energy Bulgaria EOOD, which owns the developer Electra Volt Trade, was developing the 16MW solar plant, in Bulgaria. The location remained unspecified, but financial closure was reported. Construction started in April 2012. Commissioning was expected for June 2012. Total project cost was EUR28.8 million (US$ 37.4 million).
