The AES Moncagua photovoltaic (PV) was set to sell its output to Empresa Electrica de Oriente (EEO). The investment was estimated at US$ 4 million. Isotron, a subsidiary of Spanish Isastur Group, has carried out the project as the EPC company. Construction works commenced in April 2015, while commercial operations started in October 2015. |
