Description | Monolith plans to build a modular data center facility on around 10 acres on the northeast portion of its Olive Creek campus in Hallam, Nebraska. The project aims to amend Hallam's zoning ordinance to add data center as an authorized use and is expected to have lower traffic, reduced water use, and a lower overall height profile compared to previous plans for a larger carbon black and ammonia facility. The company is considering Crusoe as a project partner and hopes to submit an official application later in July 2026 with full permission by September 2026. |
