Monroe Street's Sidewalk Extension

Identify gaps in the existing sidewalk along Monroe Street between Elden Street and Park Avenue. Where gaps exist, install roadway curb/gutter and accessible sidewalk along the east side of Monroe Street. Additional crosswalk locations will also be identified to shorten spacing between existing crosswalks.
