Enterprise Europe Network Montenegro has been existing since the launch of the Enterprise Europe Network in 2008. Within this period, EEN Montenegro has provided numerous business and innovation support services to SMEs, in particular those growth-oriented, helping them in accessing the EU, positioning on the market and enhancing innovation capacities and business processes. The strategic objective of MontEENegro is to continue achieving a more favorable business environment which would reflect positively in the strengthening of SME competitiveness, innovation and export, as well as lead to an increase in employment and regional development. Our activities are harmonized with the national SME development policy and the current EU policy, respecting strategic and priority needs of SMEs. Montenegrin Consortium will be consisted of three partners, covering whole territory of Montenegro, using the advantage of being small and flexible and also avoiding duplication and seeking complementarities and synergies with existing services and actions supporting SMEs in this small country. We have consolidated partner composition and strengthened it by new staff (with skills for supporting quality of client journey, access to finance, digital communication, mentoring etc.) and believe to contribute more to the overall project objective fulfilment in the new period. Considering the size of the market, population and number of SMEs the size of consortium is appropriate. In addition to this in previous period partners have developed their stakeholders networks enabling no wrong door concept to SMEs. Project partners have proven record of working closely with SMEs at different phases and fields, and therefore will jointly be delivering high quality support services to businesses. Partner organizations jointly meet the requirements specified in the call and are able to deliver the services with an EU added value.
