Description

Mozura Wind Park Project in Montenegro Montenegro Mozura Wind Park project is the first oversea wind farm investment for both Enemalta and Shanghai Electric Power. The capacity of the project is 46MW. Total investment was estimated at EUR75 million ($99.8 million). International Renewable Energy Development Limited, a joint venture company incorporated by Enemalta and Shanghai Electric in 2015, controls a 70% stake in Malta Montenegro Wind Power JV, while the remainder is in the hands of Guernsey-based Vestigo Clean Energy I Limited and Hong Kong-based Envision Energy International Limited. The government initially leased the land for the project in 2010 to a consortium of Spain’s Fersa Energias Renovables and local company Celebic. The group, however, abandoned the project in 2015 and Enemalta became its owner. Construction was completed on November 20, 2019. Pushed from 2011. https://balkangreenenergynews.com/mozura-wind-farm-montenegros-second-largest-officially-starts-operation/
