Description | The project consists of phase 3 of the Morell Community Rink Renovations. The scope of work involves the construction of four dressing rooms, new accessible barrier free public washrooms, an improved front entrance with new wheelchair accessible entrance, way finding displays, spot heating, auto thermal sliding door, replacement of solid swinging doors between viewing area and ice surface side, installation of rubber matting throughout the facility, re-establishment of skate sharpening area, and installation of a new sound system. The project aims to renovate critical building systems that are at risk of catastrophic failure to ensure no interruption in the provision of service. |
