Mount Adams 12-Unit Condominium Building

Planned

A California developer plans to build a 12-unit condominium building on three consolidated parcels at 375 Oregon Street in Mount Adams, Cincinnati. The building is designed as attached four-story townhomes separated into two towers, appearing as six stories from the rear. The project includes 12 garage parking spaces with access from Oregon Street and amenities such as a first-floor walkout terrace. The project has received zoning relief for driveway space, excavation and fill limits, and rear yard setback adjustments. The building is still in the design phase and final plans will be submitted for further city review.
