Mount Nittany Health Property Acquisition and Expansion

Mount Nittany Health purchased the property formerly owned by State College Family Medicine for $2.3 million as part of its ongoing expansion. The acquisition of 2188 Sandy Drive in Ferguson Township was finalized on July 31, 2025. The health system is also constructing a new $350 million patient tower, a 10-story, 300,000-square-foot facility set to open by December 2026, including 168 private patient rooms, outpatient services, and a parking deck. Additionally, a $90 million outpatient center near Toftrees was opened in September 2024, and other property acquisitions and clinic openings have been made in recent years.
