Description | This project involves a constitutional amendment to allow skiing and related trail facilities on state forest preserve land at the Mount Van Hoevenberg Olympic Sports Complex in Essex County, New York. The site covers 1,039 acres and the amendment requires the state to add 2,500 acres of new forest land in Adirondack Park as compensation.
