Mountaineer Food Bank Gassaway Warehouse Expansion

Under Construction

Mountaineer Food Bank is expanding its warehouse in Gassaway, West Virginia. The expansion will almost double the capacity of the current warehouse, allowing for more storage of fresh and shelf-stable foods, expansion of the mobile pantry program, and improved logistics to rural communities lacking consistent access to nutritious foods. A ceremonial "Setting the Beam" event marked the signing of the final structural beam, symbolizing a milestone in the project.
