The scope of work includes renovations to the east classroom crawlspace of Mountview Elementary School. The sections of the building were constructed in 1955 and 1957. Under the 1955 section, the crawlspace height is approximately 1200 mm, and under the 1957 section, the crawlspace height is 810 mm. There is a concrete foundation wall separating the spaces.
