Description

Description

Our project ‘’Move Your Life with Your Baby!’’ is an Erasmus + Small Cooperation Partnership project. The purpose of our project is to support new mothers and babies through sports and exercise. This support includes the acceleration of the physical recovery process due to the inclusion of mother and baby in exercise activities, and adaptation of mother and baby to psychosocial life. Aerobic character sports, which include all body muscles such as yoga and yoga -pilates activities, including mother and baby, will be adapted to the needs of the mother and baby. In this way, we want to speed up the postpartum recovery and retention process in the mother, and to ensure that the adaptation process is healthier and more active in the baby. In addition to physical benefits, it is expected that the mother and baby's quality time will contribute positively to the development of the baby, especially in the social and psychological sense, and will accelerate the postpartum psychological recovery process in the mother. Communication of mother and baby will be strengthened with different exercise programs to be created. When all these issues are brought together, the mobility of trainers working for mothers and babies and the change of good practices are the basis of our project. When designing the project, we considered mothers (who could not be freely involved in exercise activities due to baby care, suffering physical and psychological burnout due to pregnancy) and infants (socially and physically disadvantaged, not involved in an exercise activity on their own). In Erasmus + Sports Small Cooperation Partnership issue, ‘Encourage social inclusion and equal opportunities in sport', is primary topic.
