Description | The Mozambique Technology Center (CTM) is an infrastructure project aimed at training national staff for the oil and gas industry. It is a partnership between the Mozambican government and the partners of Area 4 of the Rovuma Basin, led by ExxonMobil. The center will train up to 250 technicians per year in areas such as process operations, electricity, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance, with the goal of replacing foreign labor with national staff and reducing costs associated with training abroad. |
