  The proposed project involves IFC co-leading the Series B round, investing up to $5 million in preferred shares. The total funding round will amount to $10-15 million for Mozark Pte. Ltd. (“Mozark” or the “Company”), a privately held company headquartered in Singapore. Mozark Pte. Ltd. has subsidiaries and employees in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and France and leases data centers. Mozark employees work out of the leased office in France, and through co-working spaces in other countries. Mozark was established in 2019 through the merger of Phimetrics (India) and QoSI (France).  Mozark provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for non-intrusive testing and monitoring of digital infrastructure, telecom networks, and user applications. The funding will be utilized to expand operations by (i) incremental hiring, (ii) global device farm deployment, (iii) marketing and public relations and (iv) other funding requirements (including working capital runway).
