MSAD 51 One-Campus Construction Project

under construction

The MSAD 51 district is undertaking a one-campus construction project that includes a new turf field, replacement of field lights with lower-glare fixtures, a new public-address system, foundation work for a new pre-K through first-grade building, classroom additions, interior work on other buildings, and removal of some portables. Off-campus improvements such as sidewalks, crosswalks, and traffic-control elements are also planned. The maintenance building construction has been delayed due to utility tie-in timing with Central Maine Power and is now estimated to be completed by December 13, 2025.
