Mt. Margaret Copper and Gold Porphyry Deposit Spin-Out

Cambria Gold Mines intends to spin out the Mt. Margaret copper and gold porphyry deposit, located 22 kilometers southwest of Randle, Washington State. The project is co-owned by Cambria and the US Federal Government Bureau of Land Management, each holding 50% mineral rights on select patented federal mineral claims. The spin-out aims to provide shareholders with ownership stakes in two separate public companies and to increase shareholder value by allowing independent valuation of the Mt. Margaret Project. The project has historical mineral resources and is accessible by paved roads and logging roads, facilitating exploration and drilling.
