Description | The Muktyala Lift Irrigation Scheme is a project sanctioned by the Andhra Pradesh government to provide irrigation water by lifting water from the Krishna River to about 40,000 acres of ayacut in the Nandigama and Jaggayyapet regions of NTR district. The government has now sanctioned Rs 489.28 crore for its construction to complete the long-pending demand of the farmers. |
