The project involves the construction, operation and maintenance of the Mulaló – Loboguerrero highway in Valle del Cauca, Colombia.The scope of work includes the construction of 27.7 km of the single carriageway and 4.1 km of the double carriageway, in addition to 5 tunnels, 45 bridges, and pedestrian bridges. This highway will transform into a vibrant tourist corridor in Valle del Cauca, connecting and stimulating the local economy of towns and rural areas within its influence zone. The project commences from the village of Mulaló in the municipality of Yumbo, continues through the village of Pavas in the municipality of La Cumbre, and concludes at the village of Loboguerrero in the municipality of Dagua. The implementation of this project will result in a 1-hour reduction in cargo transportation time to the Pacific ports compared to the current Cali-Mediacanoa-Loboguerrero route, thereby improving mobility.
