The aim of the program is to increase the efficiency, optical allocation, and the productivity of the public investment that contributes to the economic and social developments of the country through the elaboration of general and specific pre-investment studies. The program has two components: (i) the preparation of pre-investment studies (specific pre-feasibility studies, feasibility and final draws of projects that respond to the strategy and the priorities established by the authorities and general studies) and general studies, including global and sectorial studies that will assist in the identification of specific projects or in the analysis of alternatives for decision making about the opportunities and conveniences of analyzing an operation; and (ii) support of studies' management, including consultancies to support the identification of ideas or the preparation of TORs of projects or pre-investment programs.
