Multinational - Technologies for African Agricultural Transformation (TAAT) Phase II Addendum

The purpose of this addendum is to request the Boards of the Directors of the African Development Bank (ADB) and the African Development Fund (ADF) to approve a grant of Four Million Forty Thousand Units of Account (UA 4 040 000) equivalent of Five Million Euros (EUR 5 000,000) from the Federal Republic of Germany and Seven Million Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Units of Account (UA 7 230 000) equivalent of Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (USD 9,500,000) from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to the Technologies for African Agricultural Transformation (TAAT) II Program to be administrated by the Bank through the Donor Contributions Window (Pillar IV) of the Transition Support Facility (TSF).
