It is housed under the SPV Mundra I Power Transmission Ltd, acquired by Adani Energy Solutions Ltd in March 2025 through tariff-based competitive bidding. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 2,817 crore and has a scheduled implementation period of 36 months with a commissioning date of March 20, 2028.
