Description | Replacement of the existing metal siding at the Municipal Operations Complex (175 Rothesay Avenue) that is in poor condition. The work also includes replacing the existing facility sign which is also in poor condition and several windows that have been identified as leaking. The project was identified as part of the City’s asset management program to conduct building condition and energy audits at all City owned facilities.
