Mur-Len 151st Mixed-Use Development

Epic Estates plans to build 207 apartments and 30,000 square feet of retail on a vacant 9-acre property south of 151st Street and east of Mur-Len Road in Olathe. The project includes a roughly 218,000-square-foot mixed-use building with apartments above 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail immediately east of the Heritage Square Shopping Center. The building will be three stories to the south and four stories to the north, with community amenities such as a pool and outdoor kitchen in an internal courtyard. Additionally, an 8,400-square-foot multitenant retail building will be constructed north of the mixed-use building, supporting four retail tenants and a 2,100-square-foot quick-service restaurant with a drive-thru.
