Musi River Rejuvenation with Temple Complex Reconstruction

planned

The project involves the reconstruction of the Machileshwara Veerabhadra Swamy and Omkareshwara Swamy temple complex on the banks of the river Musi at Manchirevula near Gandipet. The Omkareshwara temple will be modeled on the historic Ramappa temple and developed as 'Dakshina Kashi' by constructing Shiva temples over an area of eight acres. The project also includes the construction of a grand mosque, a gurudwara, and a church along the river stretch as part of the Musi rejuvenation initiative.
