Description | The Boring Co. is in talks with Music City Center to add a station to its proposed 10-mile tunnel, potentially linking the convention center with Nashville airport. The station would be created within the underground parking garage at Music City Center, similar to a station The Boring Co. created at Resorts World in Las Vegas. The station is expected to take up about 7,000 square feet and have six parking spaces for Teslas, with a typical flow-through of about 180 passengers per spot per hour. The project would remove 12 to 20 parking spaces from the garage, which currently has 1,800 spaces, and The Boring Co. would compensate for the loss. The timeline for talks and final agreement is not clear. |
