The project includes three phases: upgrading existing sanitary sewer infrastructure, rehabilitating a deteriorated 42-inch concrete gravity sanitary sewer main, and addressing capacity limitations in the force main connecting the sanitary sewer pump station to the downstream gravity sewer system. The total project cost is estimated at $64.5 million, with $28 million funded by a Strategic Site Readiness Program grant. |
