Description | Stardust Power Inc. is developing Oklahoma's first lithium processing facility in Muskogee for the manufacturing of EV batteries. The project completed a Front-End Loading 3 (FEL 3) report led by Primero USA, optimizing design and reducing costs. Phase 1 plans to produce 25,000 metric tons per annum of battery-grade lithium with capital expenditures of approximately $500 million. The facility will eventually produce 50,000 mtpa, making it one of the largest lithium refineries in the U.S. Construction is expected to take 24 months from start to mechanical completion. |
