Description | The rationale of the project is to find with journalists and social activists the common points and the best practises to counter disinformation and to promote an European debate with a wide public in the involved countries. The actions of the project will contribute to reaching the scope of the call by working on media literacy, countering disinformation and strengthening the ability of citizens to make conscious decisions in claiming their fundamental rights. In order to reach the scope, the partnership will organise wide reflections, local and international, debates on the topic. The project will directly involve 412 citizens from Portugal, Italy and Poland to open debate on sexual and reproductive rights, including teachers, educators and journalists, to mispel taboos and myths on sexual health. The project has the following objectives: General objective: to counter disinformation and debunk fake news on sexual and reproductive rights Specific objective 1: to increase young citizens’ awareness on sexual and reproductive rights Specific objective 2: to exchange practices and methodologies between activists in Europe with a focus on advocacy and awareness raising on sexual and reproductive rights |
