Bhd was established by MY E.G. Sdn. Bhd. (subsidiary of Zetrix AI) and operates five accommodations (three under construction) for foreign workers in Malaysia, such foreign workers are not associated with Zetrix Ai operations.The proposed IFC investment is for up to US$40m equity investment in Zetrix AI and the proceeds will be primarily used as follows:- Further development of Malaysia Blockchain Infrastructure (MBI) (software, hardware, research and development);- Development of blockchain applications and associated agentic Artificial intelligence (AI); and - Rollout of blockchain infrastructure and Digital ID applications across ASEAN markets.
