Description | The project entails the construction of a 47 MW solar plant in Mykolaiv region, South Ukraine. Owners of the facility are Scatec Solar (51 %) and Rengy Development (49%) and provide $ 18.18 million in equity. Debt is provided by EBRD and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, the two companies split a $ 40.92 million in loans for the project. The project will be realized under the country's 10-year Feed-in-Tariff scheme and are expected to produce about 58 GWh per year. Scatec Solar will be the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) provider and provide Operation & Maintenance as well as Asset Management services to the power plant. Construction is starting imminently with commercial operation during 2019.
