Najahna Skills and Employment Project

The Najahna project, funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and implemented by the Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI) and Danish Industry (DI), is a three-year initiative aimed at strengthening skills development and employment opportunities in Jordan's industrial sector. It focused on expanding access to decent employment and training for youth, women, and underprivileged groups through technical and life-skills development, promoting entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, vocational and technical education, and occupational health and safety standards. The project reached over 85,000 young people and created employment opportunities for nearly 3,000 youth, supporting 150 industrial companies with training and workshops.
