The project company was Nam Nhone Company, owning 30% of the equity. MK Dynamic Resources Development, registered in Hong Kong, owned the remaining 70%. The project became operational in 2011. A 22kV transmission line was to be installed to bring electricity to the site. This will be 6km long and would cost 960 million kip (US$100,000).
