Description | The project will construct phase 2 of the Dunsmuir Community Park in Electoral Area H of the Regional District of Nanaimo. The project will install playground equipment and a pathway, as well as set up a picnic area. These new amenities will compliment the existing services. The project will create an outdoor gathering place for the community as well as providing outdoor activities such as a playground and learn to ride space for bikes. The project will encourage outdoor activity in the community. The project works include:- - mobilization and demobilization; - site preparation; - improvements to drainage; - construction of pathway; - installation of playpit and playground equipment; - installation of fencing, benches and picnic tables; - landscaping; and - all related works. |
