Description	The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal to establish a Media Information Center (MIC) based in the governors compound in Nangarhar province. The strategic objective of this center to provide the infrastructure to facilitate government-citizen communications before, during and after the 2014 Presidential and Provincial elections; and to support a strong and sustainable media environment in eastern Afghanistan.
