The project includes four sub-projects such as Guigang Reclaimed Water Plant (Phase I), Guimian Reclaimed Water Plant, Riverside Reclaimed Water Plant and Taici Reclaimed Water Plant. Among them, a 30,000 m3/d reclaimed water plant of Guigang Plant, a pipeline and tail water discharge pipeline, a 20,000 m3/d reclaimed water plant of Guimian Plant, and a pipeline and tailwater discharge pipeline, and a riverside plant. One m3/d reclaimed water plant and one incoming pipeline and tail water discharge pipeline, one 20,000 m3/d reclaimed water plant of Taici Plant, and the inlet and tail water discharge pipelines, as well as the above-mentioned auxiliary buildings and landscape parks. Through the operation of the project (providing sewage treatment services), the main indicators of effluent from reclaimed water plants (COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus) can reach the Class IV standard for surface water environmental quality standards, and the remaining water quality indicators meet the pollutant discharge of urban sewage plants. SPV is Guiyang Nanming Zhuxiu Water Environment Industry Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors Xinkai Water Environment Investment Co., Ltd. (79.98 %), Zhongrong Investment Construction Co., Ltd. (1%), Guiyang Municipal Construction Co., Ltd. (0.02%) and the state-owned Guiyang Nanming Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (20%). Concession type is BOT with a contract period of 30 years.
