Description | The project includes the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of two roads located in Qinshui County, Shanxi Province, China. The first road is the second phase of Nanshan Road project in Jincheng City, which has a total length of 5.187km; and the second road is the Yuhuangshan Outer Ring Road which has two main and two branch lines with a total length of 5.828km. The BOT concession is for a period of 22 years and has been awarded to a consortium Shanxi Construction Engineering Group Co. (80%) and Qinshui County Hengda Urban Development Investment Co. (20%), following a competitive bidding process. The project company is called Qinshui Road Network Project Management Co., Ltd.
