Napa River Oakville to Oak Knoll Reach - Site 9

The project is located on the East and West banks of the Napa River in a stretch located between Yountville Cross Road and Oak Knoll Avenue in Napa County. The work is divided into three elements: grading of Site 9, planting at all Group D sites. All ground disturbing work within the active channel cannot begin until June 15th each year and must be completed, including complete removal of temporary stream crossings by October 15th each year. The Engineer’s estimate for construction is $2,556,412. Each bidder must be licensed as required by law. A Class A - General contractor's license is required for this project. The plans and specifications with additional documents are available to view or download. Addendum 1 has been added 03-18-21. The mandatory pre-bid Sign In Sheet has been posted. Addendum 2 has been added 03-24-21. Addendum 3 has changed the bid opening date. Addendum 4 has been added. The bid opening was April 15, 2021 at 11:30 am. The 3 lowest bidders subcontractor lists have been posted. The project was awarded by the Board of Supervisors on May 4, 2021 to Sitework Construction, Inc. of Lafayette, CA.
