Phase 2 focuses on enabling the development of multiple commercial space station destinations and advancing them to an orbit LEO crewed demonstration flight by 2030. The agreements will have a five-year performance period with milestones leading to critical design review readiness and an in-space manned demonstration of four crew members for at least 30 days. |
