Description | The scope of the project involves the implementation of a PPP option for National Broadband Network in Jordan - Phase 1 for connecting public educational entities, healthcare centers, and government entities through the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology. The project aims to provide 4,200 public sites, including 3,000 schools and 1,200 healthcare centers and governmental entities across the Kingdom with fixed-broadband connectivity through fiber optics, allowing access to high-speed internet. The current NBN infrastructure comprises 2,000km of backbone network connecting the Kingdom's main cities and 3,600km of access networks. |
