The overall objective of NEO-ME project is to raise awareness, visibility, relevance, impact and effectiveness of all relevant actions of Erasmus + open to Montenegrin institutions, including HE, VET sector, youth and sport, promoting and disseminating programme and all its components in Montenegro. Of particular importance is to reach out to all the potential stakeholders and beneficiaries, underrepresented HEIs, newcomers, as well as reach out to the beneficiaries in new areas under NEO mandate, such as VET, youth and sports. Major objectives of NEO-ME will be as follows: -support promotion, disseminate EU funded activities and support promotional activities so as to maximize the use of EU funds; -given the NEO role and mandate, NEO will take proactive role in the promotion, information, dissemination, consultations, advice and support to all relevant potential beneficiaries, national authorities, EU Delegation and other actors relevant in implementing international dimension of Erasmus +, including all actions open to Montenegrin institutions in the fields of HE, VET sector, youth activities and sports; - to support activities of HERE team, tackling the issues of importance aimed at increasing the impact of HERE activities in policy reform processes in Montenegro; -to proactively follow national policy and strategic developments in the fields of HE (CB HE, ICM, Jean Monnet, virtual mobility exchanges), VET sector, youth and sports, as well as follow EU trends and EU policies in the respective fields; -Taking into account long-standing experience, NEO to be the major focal point will continue to be major focal point for all potential beneficiaries, potential stakeholders, national authorities, EU Delegation, and other relevant stakeholders in the fields of HE, VET, youth and sport -Maintaining strong relations with RYCO office, ADP ZID, diplomatic representations, international donors, and invest efforts to secure pro-active role of local national authorities.
