"The National Erasmus+ Office in Turkmenistan assists the European Commission, the EACEA and the Authorities in Turkmenistan not associated to the Erasmus+ programme in the implementation of the Erasmus+ Programme. The Erasmus+ Programme is a well-known European Educational Programme in Turkmenistan and the NEO TM continues acting as a focal point for applicants, beneficiaries and other stakeholders in Turkmenistan, such as Higher Education Institutions, Staff and Students, young people, VET organisations, civil society, NGOs, enterprises, academic and professional associations, student associations, vocational training institutions and any other stakeholder eligible for participation in the Erasmus+ Programme in Turkmenistan. The NEO in Turkmenistan supports the Key Action 1 - Credit mobility, international opening of Erasmus+ in Turkmenistan, the Key Action 2 - Capacity Building in Higher Education action, Degree mobility through Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (and on-going Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees),Jean Monnet activities the Key Action 3 - Teams of Higher Education, Youth and Vocational Training Reform Experts. The NEO's TM specific activities are: 1) Promotion and support (Information and awareness raising, Assistance, advice and training); 2) Dissemination and exploitation of results; 3) Support to E+ stakeholders; 4) Support to the team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE); 5) Other activities. The NEO TM has its own autonomous legal entity - Economic Society ""Tilsimat bilim"". The NEO premises is located in the centre of Turkmenistan capital - Ashgabat. It is established in the Business Centre ""Daymond"" with all facilities enabling its staff to implement the tasks. The NEO employees are adequately supported and equipped. The staff members respect the Code of good conduct. The NEO jointly with the national authorities proposes the new HERE Team for the period of 2022-2027. The NEO supports the HERE activities at international and national level. "
