Description	In July 1997, Road King Infrastructure signed two 20-year joint venture contracts for the upgrade and operation of National Highway 307 which includes the 20-km Shijiazhuang-Gaocheng Highway and the 20-km Gaocheng-Jinzhou Highway. Road King obtained a 60% equity stake in the joint ventures in return for a total investment of HK$ 185 million (US$24 million). Road King funds its projects from internally generated funds and long term debt. This includes a US$ 138 million syndicated loan and US$ 140 million 10-year fixed rate notes arranged in 1997. Both roads started contributing toll revenue in August 1997, and the maximum daily traffic reached 18,400 vehicles. None None
