Description	The purpose of this NOFO is to support ongoing bio-behavioral surveillance to monitor HIV-related behaviors, detect changes over time in HIV risk behaviors among populations at high-risk for HIV infection, and to inform and evaluate HIV prevention activities. This NOFO will aim to fill gaps in knowledge regarding HIV prevention priorities among populations in geographic areas where current data are limited.
