Description
Description | To improve access to training opportunities for adults, there is an increasing need to improve quality of Adult Learning and Education (provisions and methods), efficiency and equity of access systems (clarity of information and learners understanding of opportunities, also funding and guidance services) and finally supporting a stronger level of attractiveness for any learner toward lifelong learning. In this context, the project ‘RALExILA - National Registries of Adult Learning and Education to support the deployment of Individual Learning Accounts’ aims to develop a model and a proof of concept for an integrated information system of the national registries for training opportunities, with a methodology based on interoperability, accessibility and inclusiveness, looking at quality of ALE provision. Objectives • Support systemic change in ALE governance with collaboration of all relevant stakeholders. • Identify contextual aspects and needs for deploying training information systems. • Analyse good practices of existing systems and training registries. • Define an adapted quality and governance framework and interoperable system model, based on holistic vision of ALE quality, participatory approaches for governance, user experience and European Learning Model. • Test and refine framework and models, to support implementation and exploitation. Audience and results • 20 authorities, 40 ALE organisations, 20 learners and 10 experts involved in co-design. • 20 good practices analysed. • 500 participants involved in events. • 10,000 people reached by dissemination activities. Main outputs • Report on framework, content and needs analysis for the implementation of national registries for ALE in Europe. • Handbook for the National Registries for ALE (quality assurance and governance frameworks, system model). • Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy, designed with project participants through national co-design workshops. |
