Description	ACL/AoA will hold a competition for a cooperative agreement to operate a National Nutrition and Aging Resource Center (NRC). The successful awardee will provide for training, technical assistance and support to the States' Units on Aging, Area agencies on Aging and Nutrition Program providers in every State, Territory and the District of Columbia. ACL/AoA's objectives for the new cooperative agreement cycle include but are not limited to the following: 1. enhance the skills, knowledge, business acumen and sustainability of the nutrition and aging network and 2. increase the availability of information on programs and practices showing promise of successful integration of the nutrition network into the home and community based services network. ACL/AoA anticipates a three-year project period, with three one-year budget periods, subject to availability of funds.
