National View is a 1,500-unit mixed-use development project located in Forest Heights near National Harbor. The project includes 1,010 market-rate residential units, 485 affordable senior apartments, 33,698 square feet of retail space, and 1,350 square feet of office space which will serve as a police substation. The development features six buildings, one parking structure, three outdoor plazas, and a 14,860 square foot open-air amphitheater with 239 seats. Retail space will include a daycare center for up to 150 children and a grocery store. The project is planned to be built in six phases with the last phase expected in the late 2030s.
