"""NAT - Nature, Arts, Technologies"" is the title of the new project of the Italian Centre of International Theatre Institute (Italy), in partnership with Cyprus Centre of the International Theatre Institute (Cyprus), Uniunea Teatrală din România - UNITER (Romania), Human Development and Culture International School - HDACIS (Georgia) and the Augmented and Virtual Reality Lab - Department of Engineering for Innovation of University of Salento (Italy). NAT aims to favor the artists and operators' in the field of the performing arts, developing artistic methodologies that integrate intercultural eco-sustainable practices, site-specific artistic interventions, augmented and virtual reality experimentations, in relation with the communities in their intercultural dimension. Through NAT it is proposed challenging artistic practices, including laboratory activities with specific Theatre Ecology actions, the creation of three Eco-Arts Residencies on environmental sustainability, interculturalism and gender equality, with the aim of training, raising awareness and co-creating together, in the respect for diversities and environment. The main activities of the project will be: - XTENDED THEATRE, that will bring together innovation engineers and artists on innovation and technologies in the field of performing arts on augmented reality and theatre; -Theatre Ecology Eco-Labs directed by expert teachers in Italy, Romania, Cyprus and Georgia where professional actors from all Europe will be pre-selected through a call; - International eco-arts residences in Cyprus, Italy and Romania with ecological and intercultural activities with local communities, international and local artists. Three residences in Cyprus, Romania and Italy will be organised throughout the project lifetime, where all involved artists will work jointly to the production of a major international performance. The multicultural co-production will be based on women voices, multiculturalism, intercultural ecology."
