The Nbs4AfrRes project aims to build resilient infrastructure in Africa by leveraging nature-based solutions and integrating local knowledge. It focuses on moving beyond traditional engineering to include ecological, societal, and local knowledge to design infrastructure that is more resilient to climate change. The project supports the establishment of an inter-university master's program dedicated to resilient infrastructure and nature-inspired solutions, involving institutions such as Cheikh Anta Diop University, Polytechnic School of Thiès, University of Cape Town, and Rhodes University.
